Can I cancel my Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it is not shipped. If the Order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
To Cancel the Order - Contact our Customer Support on 9220-541-789 (via Whatsapp Only) OR email us on parul.luthra30@gmail.com and our team will cancel the order and revert back to you within 24 hours.
Refunds will be credited in 7-10 working days.
Do you offer Returns & what is the Return timeline?
Yes, we offer refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Follow these steps:

- Wait for a call from our team to discuss the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup, and the refund will be processed within 7- 10 working days.
The return and exchange product should not be damaged or tampered.
You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns initiated beyond this period will not be processed.

After approval, you will have to ship the Product & we will ship the exchange product to you.
What is the Exchange Time Frame?
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date. It may take around 7-10 business days for the completion of the Exchange process.

Damaged products will not be accepted for Return, Exchange OR Warranty claims. The product has to be returned back in original condition which clearly means that it includes supporting accessories, parts, sub-parts. No product will be accepted if there is any missing supporting accessories, parts, sub-parts for Return, Exchange OR Warranty claims.
